Sounds to me that the head has not at all been preped for gas and the valve seats have been recessed, so when the car is sitting there or at idle the oil trickles down the valve stem and into the combustion chamber. Interesting that you mention this as its not the first 1g i seen or heard to be burning oil thats on straight gas. So maybe there is some logic to my madness. From the factory the 1g redlines at somewhat 7000rpm from memory, though i have reved mine harder than that and read that they have taken 9250rpm with a iternally stock motor.
As for what sort of boost levels that you could attian out of this setup well depends on your fuel system i suppose (whether you have 1 or 2 convertors ect) and would also be dependant on when your turbo runs out of puff. Then if you have a big fuel system and a decent turbo well then your limits will be stock plenum and runners.
