Hello all,
Does anyone know of any companies that make adjustable short stroke dampers to suit an AE86 coil-over conversion?
I know TRD has their short strokes which are interchangable between modified '86 MacPhersons and the AE92 & 101 (Yellow i think). But these seem pretty hard to find (and expensive)
Tokico, which i'm pretty sure make TRD's yellows, has the HTS and a range of others which i cant really find much info on at all. But guru's the world over rave about Tokico.
A place here in SA spent a while on the fone to Koni for me (nice guys) then informed me that Koni can supply all the hard ware; Pair of damper cartridges (bound and reboud adjustable) to siut my requirements along with threaded sleeves, platforms and lockers for $300 a pair.
One downer though is that Koni's adjustment must be made from the bottom (take the whole strut apare for any changes - bad).
Someone must know something
