I was dreaming again. By the end of the year I was wanting to put a 1UZFE into a Mk2 Supra. I was thinking of things to do after I'd got bored with the 200kW. I emailed the guys from Bullet Supercars about their individual throttle body setup, but as I wasn't looking at purchasing them right now, I told thim how I didn't want to bother him too much, this is the reply I got:
"Nothings a bother when your talking about cars .
Depending on what your trying to achieve the space needed for the I.T.B 's is more then the S/c version , you might be better off leaving it normally aspirated just upping the compression , putting in a set of cams and changing the computer . that will rev to over 7500 and almost beat the S/c version .
I own a S/c one and a Turbo Rotary one (for sale) and my partner John has just taken on the above engine and its a beauty and cheaper !!
The GT is a race only motor due to emission requirements and the price has gone up since we have been taken over by a public company - don't ask .
If you need some advise or a hand with bits just give me a call on the mobile , its not a bother ."
Its really good to come across someone who is really just into cars and is willing to help however they can. Sorry about the length, I was just pleased to get a good start to the morning.
