Keep in mind a GOOD muffler is about $160 at least.
I made my own 3.5' system and muffler, it was LOUD when i gave my car some stick.
During the upcoming hoildays i will be making another exhaust but in 3 inch and this time i will be buying a muffler.
The reason for the dia change is that 24 YO cars were not meant to have 3.5 inch systems, they made it allergic to speed humps and air time.
Keep ground clearance in mind when thinking about an exhaust.
