I live near penrith and basically... it was cheaper for me to take the day trip and back .. pay for the cert and petrol and i was still $50 - $100 cheaper than anywhere here... one guy started the quote at $450 andother started at $330 + $50 per mod... exhaust.... brake upgrade.. the list can go on depending on the car... ps cardiff is near Newcastle!
