so how is the oil going to return to the sump 'freely' when its facing up?
the oil will build up in the turbo and push through the seals if you ask me and then blow lots of nice smoke.
maybe they made the manifold to have the turbo mount the other way (compressor facing other way) so your return was at 8 o'clock instead of 2? (which is still too much an angle IMO).
