not even close dude.
the 1.8 in the camira was a family 2 motor - also used in that era of nissan pulsar.
the 1987 corolla won't have a 1.8 but a 1.6 which will either be a 4AGE or 4AC.
a 4AC is not worth replacing your 2T with - but a 4AGE thats a whole different story...
