Hmm, the guage i saw had on dial red green and yellow sections on it. it was something like 0-20% in yellow for "Good" 20-40% in green for "acceptable" 40-100% was in red.
Those percentages i put up there is the amount of air leaking out of the cylinder,ie 85% of the air being put in is leaking out. all the results were massively in the red section. i've talked to couple of mechanics since and it seems like the engine is pretty well worn out. Back to hunting for a new car
It's an import and the odo says 121,000k's but they guys i've spoken to reackon that with those compression/leak its more likely to be 220,000ks or more
