My guessing would be a top brake package, have a llok at the front wheels they are a decent size for a mini, I'd say a firly larege brake package is under them and thus stopping fastly means a massive weight transfer to the back which would be stripped prob have close to nill weight and hence with the transfer lifts the rear wheels
