I actually looked at this very mod yesterday - well, replacing an F series IRS diff with a G series version. Logistically, it probably would be easiest to drop the whole diff cradle/rear suspension out of the car to begin the extensive mods. Needs tailshaft , halfshaft and diff cradle mods. I couldn't imagine getting out of it for less than 1000 (if you did all the grunt work yourself), plus diff. Nope
