What type of sound do you find thats comming from the webers? if the engine is stock as a rock, the webers wont be making a huge deal in performance, all youl be getting is shit fuel economy, as these are a performance carby, these really come into play when you start working your engine putting bigger cams in, boreing and stroking, raising compression ratio etc..

If your looking for original carbies, look for a pair of Mikuni solex PHH 40 sidedraughts. They come in different models but this model (PHH 40) came out stock on these motors as well as the 18RG which is a 2.0L version of your twincam although slightly different in design, its basicly the bigger brother out of the two..

cheers.
