the other things ive done in the past is replaced the high beams lights with powerfull spot lights and just reiwred them to the existnig wiring with an extra relay inline. And for the low beam with a bit more stuffing around we used parts of the back of some early hiace van lights and welded them to the back of the celica lights so that the celica lights could be made to change the bulbs insted of having a sealed beam...Then you can choose how bright u want them....probably not worth the stuffing around though.
