If the car is actually labelled "Celica Supra", it's almost certainly a locally-delivered model. The local models come with pretty much every option as standard (including the flares, wide wheels, sports seats etc) but with the crap 5M-E engine.
If the car is labelled "Celica XX", it's an import. Most imports come without the bodykit etc, and generally look poxy. On the plus side they sometimes come with a better engine (eg 5M-GE).
