What you're asking about in the initial question are two different things. SAE etc is just a calibration, basically it's the scale that the raw data is measured against.

As to the different Dyno's they do generate different results. As a general rule a dyno-jet will read less than 10% below the flywheel figures. A dyno-Dynamics will read around 30% lower than flywheel. Dyno-pac could read anything depending on the operator.

There are a multitude of other dyno manufacturers out there so you're never going to get a really good understanding of the results even from honest people.
