Yeah, the car will run rich, hence run more boost, but I think to run more boost, you'll need the fuel cut limit removed. You'll also be not reaping the full potential of the engine too. without the proper maps ie it could lean out in some areas and over fuel in others, which isn't just a matter of adjusting the timing. Sure, more fuel = more boost = more power!! but how long have these engines lasted doing this mod? Many times have they had to change the spark plugs due to fouling or lean out? and how often? Best off doing the change, sticking an EGO up it's arse, putting it on a dyno and having a look at everthing. I know it's a low cost mod, but any mod not done properly, especially when adding more fuel to the equation, could cost you more in the long run.
