Mon, 20 December 2004 23:05 I am pretty much the same, the one time I did drive it to work I parked so that no one could park beside me (single car park, coppers logs each side). Imagine my anger when I came out after work and some moron had squeezed in (2 wheels hard against the logs ) and not even enough room between their drivers door and my car for any human larger than a toothpick to have gotten out of the car! Yes they did put a ding in my door and yes I was angry, especially considering this particular car park is never full, so they were not forced to park beside me they chose to I didn't take my car again after that. I would love to be able to drive my car everywhere (and park it), but I know if I do it will be broken into and dinged up pretty damn quick. People lack respect for other peoples property and a lot of people are just plain uncoordinated too My girlfriend hates my paranoia, but I just tell her to look at all the dents in her car (none of which we have caused) and then she understands why sometimes we have to park a little further away [Report message to a moderator]
