I doubt this would be legal without going to the point of engineering your car with a custom chassis.
I'm pretty sure 13B's aren't legal in this sort of car either.
It would be an interesting yet extremely difficult conversion to undertake... you might be better off putting in a 3TGTE or 4AGZE in.
3T and 4A conversions are quite common in this sort of car and I'm sure you'll find a reasonable amount of information on the forums if you search hard enough.
