Essentially do as suggested.....new key, pulley and bolt, Loctite it together, pray (a lot and to every known deity) and start looking for a new motor. The crank may possibly be repaired but not whilst it's still in the car/engine. Much cheaper to get new 6MG. Sorry to hear about it. [Report message to a moderator]
