Same as most rear seals.

Dig out the old one with a srewdriver and pliers. Be careful not to damage the casing that holds the seal otherwise the new one may not seal properly.

Once old seal is out, clean the area really well to remove any shit.

Take new seal and spread some box or engine oil around the outside to looob it up.

Push the new seal in evenly with your strong hands. If you have a socket as big as the seal you can also tap it in gently too.
