The biggest problem is torque or the lack of! Mine are imports and I only got that motor type because the slim body MA70 that came out in Japan had only that motor. They look beatiful, much better than the wide body (Australian delivered) model, but lack the power. My latest car is in very good condition and so I'm starting now to try some mods on the 1g and just see where it can go on a budget. I post what I come up with. I don't know what the NA 7M is like but if you were looking to do a conversion with such a big car then I suggest 100% too save your money until you can afford to put in a 1jzgte.
