flow rate for 7KE injectors?

hey All,
i've had a little trouble finding the flow rate of toyota 7KE injectors, as used on the Townace SBV.
they are light green in colour and made by Aisan. and look like:
any toyota techs out there have access to the flow data in service specs for the Townace SBV (K?42).
i think they are around 180-210, and know i could get them serviced and flow tested, but would like to get a better idea before laying out cash on them.
