Mr shin , the 105 didn't use the transaxle they used a live axle which was very carefully located {the 116 gtv series used the transaxle} . The torque rod originally is located in at the top center of the diff so the sxles are not loaded with torque , and so to mimise the twisting force on the axle tube . Tube bending and breakage was common for those cars if raced hard , the centers are very strong as well as the axles are about f series size .
That panhard is on a crazy angle , possible due the spring perches not being at the correct height for the standard ae86's short springs . Can those be altered ? dropped ? because that looks way higher than standard . If the springs being used are standard height . And if you lower it i would be worried about there being no suspension travel at all .
