If u want a run around that is tuff as nails then get the 4ac engine if u want a more sporty car save up for the twin cam. I can vouch for the 4ac being tuff a friend of mine has one in his rolla and its up to 348,000 its a 85 model and we've taken it rally style thru crawford forest done dozens of burnouts. and it still runs fine it even has a smoother idle than mine and its only done 134,000km!
