Fully programmable management is always going to do the best job, and there's a few out there that will be easily capable. As ROLLA GTi said, mostly it will come down to your tuner, and how much of his time and effort you can afford. The tuning will be more instrumental in how well your engine performs than which ecu you choose, provided you spend the money the get something that meets your requirements. A cheap computer and tune will be just that, and keep in mind what you've spent elsewhere on a 4AGTE, you want to make the most of that don't you?
That said, my vote goes to MOTEC, mainly cause its the only one i've had any experience with, but i'm damn impressed with what i've seen from them. But, something more basic may do everything you need it to.
