sounds like the AFM obviously.check to see the plug is in properly connected and clean the plug's points with some contact cleaner.take the AFm off and make sure its not blocked with oil etc.check to see if the little white sensor inside isn't damaged.also make sure the flapper door isn't sticking.its likely that the parts are dirty becuase alot of crap gets built up in the motors from japan.
