There are 2.6L stroker kits for the 22R... I imagine they could be adapted to the 18R-G with enough effort. Don't be fooled into thinking this will make the engine any better than a well-developed 2.0 litre 18R-G though.
As for maximum power, that depends entirely on how many zero's you're willing to write on your cheques. Speed costs money.
