Its kind of hard to explain but i'll give it a go.
At first we set it up so that both wheels had 0 camber. This was fine when driving in a straight line but when taking off hard and the rear bogged down, it was only the inside edge of the tyres that made contact! So traction was a bit on an issue. Cornering was almost impossible with this setup also.
We changed the setup around a few times to try and get the tyres to have 0 camber when accelerating and cornering with some success but incountered problems elsewhere. The rear end of the old Celicas is to light for a convectional IRS setup. A control blade setup like on the newer Jags and on the BA Falcoons would be a different story but by the times you get it all fitted, the car would be heavy enough to suit the old IRS.
