Got two cracked pads - finding one without a crack is near impossible! Best bet is just to get whatever oyu have reskinned for a gazillion dollars (I got prices from $200 all the way up to $450 just for vinyl).
As for the seats, they are pretty tatty, the rails and the structure is all okay, it's just again the exterior has suffered greatly over the years.
