If ou are off your p's you can apply for a restricted licence. but if you lost your licence for dui, and blew over .15, you can't. A restricted licence means you have to adhere to whatever is granted throught the courts. Eg-mon to fri, between 7am and 9am/5pm and 7pm. Additionally you must keep a log of all driving. You cannot loose any points while on a restricted, and if you do the penalty is usually more than what was first awarded. [Report message to a moderator]
