If you have ARP bolts and know the original bolt length and compare how much they have stretched each time you install them... then so long as its within ARP's specs you should be right.

Even though the clutch is held in by the bearing and input shaft wouldn't the flywheel wobble a lot and get out of balance if a bolt broke? and therefore wouldn't the likeliness of pressure plate and or flywheel explosion greatly increase?
And if the flywheel is out of balance then that couldn't be too good for your bearings could it.
