Yes i have followed the manual technique(AKA the BGB) with the bleed hoses etc., and reached the pont i am at now. I am going to drain my coolant, check my thermostat(replace if necessary) and refill while on ramps. Hopefully this will fix my problem. Glad to hear that air in the coolant can cause idle bouncing as this is what i thought. Definitely idling to high, it's meant to idle at 800rpm once warmed up. If it's going to cost me >$300 to get it checked out i'd rather do it myself. Is there a way to test the radiator cap, if all else fails i'll get another. Thanks guys i'll let you know how i go.
