I'm not exactly familiar with the Lancer but have changed plenty of others. If theres threads in the hubs, you can insert a couple of bolts in them and break the hub free like this. If not then try hitting the hub at a 45 degree angle on the edge or rotating the hub with some something while hitting it. If their badly lipped then its going to be hard. You might be able to undo the adjusters from the backing plate. Good luck mate.
