the drum isnt part of the hub assembly is it, like early barinas...
if so, you have to take the split pin and nut off that hold the bearing on, then the entire drum and hub comes off as a single item.
then you have to ensure correct adjustment of nut when replacing so as not to sieze bearings. and use new split pins.
