Bert Regular Location: Adelaide Registered: May 2003	Re: !HELP! crossed snaped bolt in block Tue, 04 January 2005 06:59 ezy outs...basically you buy one thats smaller than the size of the bolt. bout half size. 1. buy corresponding drill bit, good ezy outs come with correct bit. 2. drill hole into snapped off bolt, make sure its straight too 3. clean out all the swarf 4. wind or hit the ezy out into the hole you just made, make sure its a good fit. 5. now you should be able to turn the ezy out anticlockwise (like you are undoing the bolt) and the snapped off bit SHOULD come out. be a bit gentle tho, you dont want to break the ezy out. i have used them before and they have been great, can be re-used too [Report message to a moderator]
