Need help find this sensor for my mates GT4 Group A!!

Hey all, my mate owns a 91 GT4 Group A Rally, and i dont know how he did it, but he managed to break off a water temp sensor and another sensor thast next to it. I havent seen it yet (it happened the other day) but he says its on the pasanger side and has other sensors on it aswell, and also a heater hose conects to it? Also said somethign about 2 tubes coming of it...
He was told that they would cost 340 each from toyota! WE literally rang EVERY wrecker in the phone book even in Victoria! and non have them.. and if they DO have them, they are on half cuts!
Im not sure what EXACTLY the sensors are (because ihavent been round to look at it) , but, if anyone knows what im talking about, could you let me know, so at least i could look around for it? or if we can get them of another 3gte.. the mechanics reckon that there only on the turbo model.
