Ok reviving another old thread.

As an answer to the above question.

Yes there is a specic way to adjust wheel height

**
Adjustment of Rear suspension wheel height

Before commecing this adjustment, the rear coil spings must be removed as previoously described, blah, watch out for brake hoses stetching...

Fit height gauges (09742-14010) between axle housing and rear chassis member. Ensure guagues on both sides. Jack up axle housing untill guages touch housing and chassis. While in this poisiton tightening all removed control rods or lateral rod....blah blah blah....if you dont do this bad stuff will happen.....

Anyho, time for my question

The upper trailing arm bushes on my ke70 (ae86 diff) unlike the lower arms have an outter sleeve also, is this supposed to come out also? same with the panhard rod. If so my little press just doesnt cut it...

The bushes without the outer sleeve( but have a flange) on the lower arms came out fine...

Cheers

Logan
