fade-e Forums Junkie Location: Sydney Registered: June 2004	Re: TA22 Reconditioned Steering Boxes Wed, 05 January 2005 12:35 well the steering does not get checked for rego. all the steering components are checked to ensure they are on right, no rust at those areas, tie rods, control arms and what not but they dont actually jump in and turn the steering and reject it cause the wheels dont turn how they want. also unless your a specialist in toyotas how would you know what the play from factory is. i found out the play values from a guy who works for toyota and loves the cars. Like Rod (thetoyman75) he knows practically everything bot them too besides when you are aware of an imperfection in your car then you know what to do in certain situations. like the truck for example, when i see one coming past or what ever i already know whats going to happen so i am prepared for it [Report message to a moderator]
