yes I agree that if it were possible to have an intergral thermostat it would be so much less messy. I wouldnt be interested to see whats needed for this setup. I might be interested in converting mine as I am remaking my RWD conversion parts and selling off the old ones as a kit. Either way though it beats be why anyone would have the lower pipe come over the exhuast side? it seems like such a bad idea.
