I just had to say that the paint is actually not bad but the shell has a sheet load of rust. The panels are very straight as are the bars. The dash is the type with the factory oil pressure and ammeter. Last week I replaced the gearbox and clutch and front wheel bearings so now it actually drives ok. It has a 13T engine with a escort type webber and extractors. It was'nt much of a car but its mine and I want it back. It was only going to be retired for spares for my TA22 rally car due to the rust problem. In the mean time it was going to get a new(however short) lease on life with a 4AGZE I have in another Ta. I don't plan to do that anymore even if the car is found/returned. It will be in the classifieds shortly.
