Camping/ Fishing in SEQ

Shane and i have been talkign about camping grounds and dams in SEQ (south east queensland) We have come up with a few here and there...
What i want from the weekend camping:
- FISHING (preferably a dam with a lot of fish  )
- ROOMY - so im not camping 2M away from some other stooge
- CAMPING - As close to the waters edge as possible
- LEGAL CAMPFIRE - mmm cooking on open fire...
it doesnt need to be a damn specifically...can be a river or lake or something???
Can anyone reccomend anywhere thats good that they have been to/ know about? someone who can also tell me where exactly the ground is and how far from brissie too
