But take a canoe and you'll get the best of it. Around the dam wall is protected so are the lung fish and Mary River Cod. There's a couple of aquariums thats been setup with the different fish in the lake/dam. Like most places, holidays tend to see a few happy camps. You've got toilets and showers.
