if you're flooring it (WoT) during the run to redline, then engine should be rich - even a narrowband O2 sensor will tell you that.
if the fuel pump is off, then it will be lean above the stumble point?
i'd suggest another run monitoring AFR (even if it's just narrowband)? can you get it to plot basic timing and any retard/advance that the ECU is applying to the base timing map?
you had timing issues previously? or was that due to wiring issues from the initial installation?
