Remove head and diagnose problem - $ 420.00 New reconditioned motor installed - $4020.00 Water pump, new hoses, fan belts, filters and spark plugs - $ 800.00 ---------- Total $5240.00 Frightening isn't it. I've also spent over $300 on the power steering and $125.00 on the automatic just before this happened. All up about $5650.00. Hopefully nothing else will go wrong! try again, $2300 is for a fully reconditioned exchange 7MGE, they made a nice profit off u , u'd think if u paid them all that money they wouldnt charge u for the diagnosis fee.
