The prep should be a std clean and get rid of any of the packing preservative.

Not sure on the reuseability of the MHG's, some do and some don't re-use

Ed Ported his head, and whilst you have it off and had some internal engine dramas, it is definitely worth getting checked and upgraded whilst it is out.

Many turbo options, but I'll have a highflowed one on soon, but it depends on what your HP goal is and what supporting mods you have to match that goal.

Do a search on run-in, you'll find heaps of tips

What did you pay for the block and where did you get it ?
