Yes, W58 is the go. It will handle a lot more than 300hp - mine survived over a year behind a boosted 2JZ-GTE, and I doubt your 3RZ will develop as much torque. The W59 is just as strong, in fact it's pretty much the same box, but the ratios are suitable for hauling loads not going fast.
