get new or reco'd condensor and an internal TA chiller, get reco'd compressor (or one suitable for reco) and associated mounts and idler pulley for a 3T-GTE motor, take to aircon shop, get them to plumb it all up and supply the missing piping/bits.
You should ensure that all the mounts for the engine stuff are present and working, that the electricals to run the setup are also working.
fwiw, i got aircond working again in my RA40 turbo (before i broke the turbo) and including new piping, connectors and bits, plus a new condensor it set me back a little over $1K. I setup the electricals including a 12" fan out front for the condensor.
as you're a very custom setup, expect to pay well over $1k.
