Thanks Toobs, the head is currently at JB Race Engines at Granville who are flow-testing, crack-testing and whatever else is needed to see whether this hairline crack can be fixed. It's a prick to get to though, but if the head is disassembled it could be accessed ok (maybe). [Report message to a moderator]
