You can get them hi flowed for about $1000 depending if you need new bearings etc. I cant really answer about performance gains as I did alot more changes then just the turbo...Seems to boost harder (slight higher rev) and boosts harder all the way up to red line if that makes sense. Im sure someone can answer that question more thoroughly.
