Thu, 13 January 2005 16:07 are those the before or after pics of the block?? i hope they're the "before". the block was originally flat & smooth & clean when put together at the factory. the head pics are usless to me unless i know where the gasket contacts it. that is where the corrosion may have eaten away & won't seal, otherwise it's fine if it will seal OK. if it is over the fire/sealing ring around the cylinder, it'll have to be welded up & refinished.
