Yep, it's in the "All About Modifications to Motor Vehicles" booklet from QLD Transport, page 17. Check link below:

It's also where I got the track info as well, p19 states that reducing the track width (which fitting rims with an increased offset will do) is not permitted, but may be increased by up to 26mm (ie 13mm per side).
